SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES
We despatch goods at appropriated shipping cost to UK Mainland ONLY, all orders are usually despatched same day as long as your order and payment are received before 2.30pm, if any item is out of stock we will notify you by email with the expected delivery date, if an item is out of stock and you do not wish to wait for your order you can take the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund or change to another item, it you choose to wait for delivery of the out of stock item we will inform you again when the item has been despatched.
If you decide to cancel your order once you have received the goods you must return the goods in saleable condition, but goods are returned at your own expense and must be returned in a saleable condition. If goods are not returned you can be charged for the direct cost of the recovery of the goods (Please see Office of Fair Trade Regulations)
All goods are despatched to UK Mainland address ONLY using Interlink Express Nextday delivery Service and will require a signature on receipt as proof of delivery
Please note goods ordered before 2.30pm are despatched sameday for nextday delivery Monday-Thursday goods despatched Friday are delivered Monday.
If you are not in when they deliver a calling card will be left with the telephone number for your local depot and consignment number of your parcel and you must respond to the calling card within 24hours to arrange delivery or collection.
We make every effort to comply with individual delivery arrangements but we cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience caused by factors beyond our control. If we cannot deliver goods to your address for any reason we will notify you by email or telephone.
